Critical feedback protection

Holds critical customer feedback for the account owner's review before it reaches the internal stage.

Held items must be decided before the internal stage starts.

If the account owner doesn't decide in time, your organization's default applies — undecided items stay hidden — after a 2-day notice. The round never continues without that notice.

Detectors are pre-configured by Foxie and not editable in v1. You'll be notified of holds automatically — alerts and tasks from one analysis run arrive as one notification.
